In this short solo-sode, I discuss some thoughts that have been percolating in my mind over the past couple of years and are coming to a boiling point since I have been working in the "wellness industry" full time for a few months now. I talk about a more pronounced integration of social justice into the wellness industry/into our notion of self-care... and what that means for the future of this podcast!
