In this episode, I am sharing my story/relationship with religion & spirituality.
To date, I have avoided sharing much about my own spiritual beliefs/experiences publicly... and yet it is one of the most important pieces of my life. And it is something that we ALL have some kind of relationship with, even if the relationship is that we do not identify as being religious or spiritual.
I have some upcoming interviews that will dive more into these topics, but I decided to open the conversation through a share of my experience because I know there is someone else who is going to relate.
